Genious Services is an independent electronics repair workshop in Jet Park, Boksburg. Since 2020 we have repaired more than 1,500 laptops, MacBooks, PCs, consoles, tablets and electronic boards for homes, students and businesses across Gauteng. We fix the actual fault, quote honestly and stand behind the work.
Same-day repairs: book a day or two ahead and we reserve a slot for you. Walk-ins welcome — timing then depends on how busy we are.

In short
Genious Services (Pty) Ltd is an independent repair workshop founded in 2020 at Unit 28, 587 Jones Road, Jet Park, Boksburg. We repair laptops, MacBooks, PCs, iPads, consoles and electronic boards at component level, with written quotes, a 1–6 month warranty and diagnostics of R350 (R499 for Apple devices) that are waived when you go ahead. Same-day repairs are easiest to arrange when you book a day or two ahead.
Our story
Repair first. Replace only when it makes sense.
Too many devices are written off because a shop only swaps whole parts. A MacBook that will not charge often has one failed chip; a laptop that died in a power surge usually has a damaged protection circuit — not a ruined motherboard.
We started Genious Services to do the work properly: find the real fault with the right tools, repair it at component level, and tell the customer the truth — including when a repair is not worth the money.
Everything happens in one workshop in Jet Park. No devices are sent away, no courier risks, and the technician who diagnoses your device is the one who repairs it.

Who owns Genious Services?
Genious Services (Pty) Ltd is a registered South African company operating from Unit 28, 587 Jones Road, Jet Park, Boksburg.
Can you repair my device on the same day?
Very often, yes. Book a day or two before your visit — by phone, email or the repair form — and we reserve a same-day slot and have the part ready for you. Walk-ins are always welcome too, but then same-day turnaround depends on how busy the workshop is that day. Either way, we tell you honestly when you can expect your device back.
Are you an Apple Authorised Service Provider?
No. We are an independent workshop, which allows us to repair at component level and service older Macs that are no longer supported.
Do you have other branches?
No. We deliberately run one workshop so that every device stays in our hands and is repaired by the same team.
Do you do insurance assessments?
Yes. Choose "Insurance claim" on the form and we prepare a written assessment and quote for your insurer. Replacement decisions are always made by the insurer.
Do you collect devices?
No. We are drop-off only and never collect or courier devices. Anyone claiming to collect on our behalf is not from Genious Services.
