Every repair at Genious Services carries a 1 to 6-month warranty covering both parts and labour. Screen and battery replacements carry up to 6 months. Motherboard repairs carry at least 1 month. If any issue arises within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge, no questions asked.

Motherboard and logic board repair takes 1 to 14 working days, depending on the availability of the required part. If the component is available locally, repair is often completed within 1 to 3 working days. If a part must be sourced, it can take up to 14 working days. We always confirm an estimated timeline in your written quote before work begins — for every Centurion client, every device.

The diagnostic fee is R350 and is completely waived when you proceed with repair. We thoroughly inspect your device at component level, identify the exact fault and provide a written quote before any work begins. If you choose not to repair, you only pay R350. If you proceed, diagnostics costs you nothing extra.

Power the device off immediately and don't try to turn it back on to "check" it — bring it to Genious Services in Jet Park, Boksburg the same day. Whether your device still powers on or is now completely dead, our technicians assess corrosion at component level. Devices that still turn on generally have a higher recovery success rate, but we've recovered many that arrived completely dead.
