We thoroughly inspect your device at component level, identify the exact fault and provide a written quote before any work begins. If you choose not to repair, you only pay R350. Power the device off immediately and don't try to turn it back on to "check" it — bring it to Genious Services in Jet Park, Boksburg the same day. Whether your device still powers on or is now completely dead, our technicians assess corrosion at component level. Devices that still turn on generally have a higher recovery success rate, but we've recovered many that arrived completely dead.
